MetaTrader 5: Install & Launch XScalpGenesis
Important
Always test XScalpGenesis on a demo account first and get familiar with all features before risking real money.
Quick Guide for Pros
- Complete the purchase using the checkout link and, if needed, create a free MQL5 account during checkout.
- Connect MetaTrader 5 to your MQL5 account (
Tools → Options → Community).
- Install XScalpGenesis in the terminal under My Purchases (
Navigator window → Market → My Purchases).
- Drag XScalpGenesis onto a chart and enable Algo Trading.
- Activate Algo Trading in the main toolbar.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Checkout in the Browser
1Open the checkout link
- The link takes you directly to the MQL5.com payment portal. You'll see the product, price, and available payment methods (e.g., credit card or existing MQL5 balance).
2Quick registration (if you don't have an account yet)
- Click on Create Account in the payment window, enter your email, preferred login, and password – done. You need an MQL5 account to activate XScalpGenesis later.
3Make the payment
- Follow the payment dialog. Once set up, you can make future purchases with a single click.
4Note license activations
- You can activate XScalpGenesis on up to 5 devices.
2. Log in to your MQL5 account in MetaTrader 5
1Sign in
- Go to
Tools → Options → Community and enter your login and password.
Alternatively, click the user icon in the top right.
Tip: The terminal journal will display “MQL5.community activated” when you’re successfully signed in.
3. Download & install XScalpGenesis
1Open “My Purchases”
- Go to
View → Navigator and under Market click My Purchases. You'll find XScalpGenesis there with a green Install button.
2Start the installation
- Click Install to download and activate the signed file. After a few seconds, XScalpGenesis will appear under
Expert Advisors → Market.
4. Add XScalpGenesis to a chart
1Open a chart
- Open your chosen symbol and timeframe, e.g., EURUSD M15.
2Attach the EA to the chart
- Drag XScalpGenesis from the Navigator to the chart or double-click it.
- In the properties window, enable Allow Algo Trading and click OK.
3Enable Algo Trading
- The Algo Trading switch in the main toolbar must be green.
5. Safety & Best Practices
- Test in demo: Before using live, test with the strategy tester or on a demo account.
- Updates: The Market notifies you of updates in the Navigator; just click Update to install.
